Career Coaching Appointments

Do you have a career question? Need help with your resume? Looking for ways to explore careers or make a major-career connection? Wait no longer, you can make an appointment through Handshake to meet with a career coach virtually or via phone.

Appointments are available:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8:30a.m.-6:00p.m
  • Friday: 8:30a.m.-4:30p.m.

Q. Will we still have the Fall and Spring Career Expos?

A. Yes, both will be held his year. The Fall Career Expo will be held virtually, through Handshake. We are waiting to see what happens with COVID-19 to determine the Spring Expo.

Q. Will the Major/Minor Fair happen this year?

A. Yes, the Major/Minor Fair will be held virtually.

Q. How will I know what career events are available to me?

A. You will receive a newsletter every Sunday and you can search events in Handshake.

Q. Will employers be interviewing candidates on campus this year?

A. In the fall, employers will be conducting interviews virtually.  We are waiting to see what happens with COVID-19 to determine spring interviews.

Q. Can I still have an internship in the fall?

A. Discussions are taking place on fall internships.  As in the spring, many students still had a virtual internship and that will continue into the fall.  In-person internships are still being discussed.
